EmployNV: No-Cost resources for employers & career seekers
With locations throughout Nevada, EmployNV Career and Business Hubs are a one-stop shop for Nevada career seekers and Nevada employers. At Career Hubs, career seekers can get one-on-one job search support, rapid skills training and help identifying career pathways. At Business Hubs, employers can access the state’s largest database of career seekers, find trained workers and get support to develop in-house training programs to build a skilled workforce.
EmployNV is a collaboration between Nevadaworks and the Nevada Department of Employment, Training & Rehabilitation (DETR). The state provides funding for Nevadaworks to operate EmployNV facilities and supports employer-related services.
EmployNV Youth Hub
The soon-to-launch EmployNV Youth Hub will be focused on supporting youth in the Reno-Sparks area. It will provide education, employment and training services to people ages 16–24, helping them achieve their academic and career goals. Participants will have access to Career Coaches who specialize in youth career exploration, work readiness and employability skills.
Making employer voices heard through Sector Partnerships
Industry Sector Partnerships connect business leaders with community partners to align workforce training with real-time industry needs. Through quarterly Industry Sector Partnership meetings, employers share challenges and insights that help shape collaborative solutions—strengthening individual companies and entire sectors.
