Nevadaworks is excited to announce two new positions under the Tech Hub grant: Senior Regional Career Navigator and Regional Career Navigator. These roles are central to connecting workers, employers, and training providers across Northern Nevada to opportunities in the lithium loop/battery workforce space. The anticipated period of performance for these positions is 10/1/25 – 9/30/29. Note: These positions may work across funding streams depending on need and funding levels.

About the Positions:

The Tech Hub Navigators will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for individuals seeking career opportunities in Nevada’s lithium sector.
  • Build relationships with employers, training providers, and community partners to connect participants to training and employment opportunities.
  • Assist participants in overcoming barriers such as transportation, childcare, and access to financial resources.
  • Guide individuals in navigating workforce resources, grants, and employment pathways.

    *The Senior Regional Career Navigator will additionally provide leadership, manage projects, and guide the team of Navigators, ensuring effective coordination and execution of initiatives .

Base Salary Information:

  • Senior Regional Career Navigator: $96,000
  • Regional Career Navigator: $88,000

    * Salary will be commensurate with experience.
